The Zebra Lux Hard Surface Line Marking Machine is a professional line marker, designed for marking on hard floor surfaces such as concrete and tarmac, both indoors and outdoors. This line marking machine can be used with Zebra Hard Surface Line Marking Paint to mark out car parks, industrial floors in warehouses, factories and production facilities, as well as hard surface sports courts.
The Zebra Lux Hard Surface Line Marking machine is designed and built in Britain. It is manufactured to the highest standards to ensure many years of reliable performance and the highest quality line marking results. It is a solid, robust and durable piece of equipment with high quality features which ensure excellent results.
The Zebra Lux line marking machine features a high pressure pump, powered by a rechargeable battery. This high quality pump, along with the nozzles which come included with the machine, ensure consistent application of paint for clear and crisp lines. The spray is easily controlled by a simple push button and, due to the solenoid integrated into this machine, the spray stops dead as soon as the button is released, leaving no drips.
The Zebra Lux machine has two paint probes that insert into the paint container and connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains at an ideal consistency for spraying.
The width of the lines can be altered easily using the adjustable square discs which surround the spray nozzle. These discs ensure a crisp and accurate edge to the lines. The discs can also be raised using a handle on the control bar, in order to reposition the machine easily at the end of a line. The priming switch allows you to prime the pump quickly at the start of the job and clean out the system easily at the end of the job.
An optional spray lance attachment is available, which allows for free-hand marking and spraying of stencils, patterns, logos, numbers and letters - perfect for numbering car park bays or applying footstep stencils and safety warnings on to industrial floors. You can also add a running track line marking boom to your order, which features 3 spray nozzles and allows for 3 lines to be sprayed alongside each other simultaneously - perfect for line marking running tracks.
The Zebra Lux Hard Surface Line Marking machine is designed for use with Zebra Hard Surface Line Marking Paint. This line marking spray machine uses much less paint than traditional line marking machines and the paint goes much further than an aerosol based system.
The line marking spray can be fitted with a choice of different nozzles that come supplied with the machine. Each nozzle is suited to a different application, as each nozzle applies a different amount of paint per minute. So whether you are line marking from scratch and need bright, highly visible fresh lines, or whether you want to just give existing lines a quick refresh and therefore do not need to use as much paint, this system provides the perfect solution.
Despite its professional line marking capabilities, the Zebra Lux Hard Surface Line Marking Machine is designed to be very easy to use. So no matter whether you are an experienced line marking contractor or an amateur user, you can use the Zebra line marking system to paint crisp, clear, high quality lines on car parks, industrial floors and hard surface sports courts.
The frame is very sturdy and is mounted on 4 large wheels, which ensure that the machine stays true when line marking over large distances. The side-mounted spray system makes it easy to line mark right up alongside curbs and walls.
This professional line marking machine sprays Zebra Hard Surface Line Marking Paint straight out of its container - there is no need for diluting, mixing or pouring. Simply shake the paint container, place it on the machine, place the pump probes in the paint container, prime the pump using the switch at the back of the machine and it is ready for use.
Please note: For best results, shake the container of paint before use. At the end of each line marking job, clean the Zebra Lux pump system and nozzles with water and Zebra Flush Thru cleaning solution to prevent blockages and ensure years of reliable service. A small 1 litre sample of Flush Thru comes included with the machine. Extra 10L bottles of Flush Thru can be purchased separately. You can also add a set of round discs to your order. These discs make the Zebra Lux machine suitable for line marking on grass surfaces. (Zebra Grass Paint is also required to line mark on grass surfaces).
