The Zebra Pro Hard Surface Line Marking Machine is a high quality line marker for use on tarmac and concrete. It is a solid and robust piece of equipment featuring a high pressure paint spray system that produces crisp, clear and accurate lines. It can be used for line marking indoors and outdoors, for car park line marking, industrial floor line marking, hard sports courts line marking and more.
The Zebra Pro is an innovative hard surface line marking machine. It is made in Britain and built to the highest standards and designed by experts in the line marking industry. The Zebra Pro Hard Surface Line Marking Machine is powered by a rechargeable battery which allows for up to 8 hours of consistent use, so you can complete large jobs without having to stop.
It features a high pressure pump and a unique application system which ensures consistent paint application for all types of jobs, whether you are marking a car park, industrial floor or hard court. The side-mounted spray nozzle allows you to mark right up alongside curbs and walls easily. The machine has two paint probes that insert into the paint container and connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains at an ideal consistency for spraying.
The paint spray is controlled easily with a simple push button and the width of the line markings is easily adjusted by moving the adjustable square discs which surround the nozzle. These square discs have been specially designed to ensure crisp edges to the lines.
The pump can be primed quickly at the start of the job with the flick of a switch. This system also allows for easy cleaning at the end of the job.
An optional spray lance attachment is available, which allows for free-hand marking and spraying of stencils, patterns, logos, numbers and letters - perfect for numbering car park bays and applying footstep stencils or safety warnings on to industrial floors.
The Zebra Pro Hard Surface Line Marking machine is an economical system for marking precise lines. It is designed for use with Zebra Hard Surface Line Marking Paint, available in 5 litre containers. This high quality line marking paint goes much further than traditional paints, or aerosol line marking paints.
The Zebra Pro line marking spray can be fitted with a choice of different nozzles that are included with the machine. Each nozzle is suited to a different application, and each one sprays a different amount of paint per minute. The machine can be adapted to spray a dense coating of paint when you are applying new, highly-visible line markings, or for spraying a lighter coat when you are reapplying and covering existing lines that have worn away.
As the paint goes further than competitor products and wastage is reduced by the spray system, the Zebra Pro line marking system allows you to save money on your line marking jobs!
The Zebra Pro Hard Surface Line Marking Machine is designed to make it easy for anybody to be able to paint straight, accurate and long-lasting floor markings. Whether you have experience of painting line markings or you have no experience at all - the Zebra Pro is easy to use. It is the ideal line marking machine for contractors, groundskeepers, maintenance staff, owners of private property, and even individuals.
The paint is ready to use right out of the container and does not need mixing or pouring - simply shake it before use and place the container onto the central trolley. The trolley is designed to carry the container and keep it steady while you work. Insert the pump probes into the paint container and prime the pump using the switch at the back of the machine.
Once you have set the square discs to the correct width, that is all the preparation you need to do. Press the spray button and walk at a steady pace - the machine will spray bright, crisp, and complete line markings on the hard floor surface. The four large wheels keep the machine straight and steady without you having to struggle so that you can paint accurate lines every time.
Please note: For best results, shake the container of paint before use. At the end of each line marking job, clean the Zebra Pro pump system and nozzles with water and Zebra Flush Thru cleaning solution to prevent blockages and ensure years of reliable service. A small 1 litre sample of Flush Thru comes included with the machine. Extra 10L bottles of Flush Thru are available separately. You can also add a set of round discs to your order. These discs make the Zebra Pro machine suitable for line marking on grass surfaces. (Zebra Grass Paint will also be required to line mark on grass surfaces).
