The Zebra Grass Line Marking machine can be used for marking out on artificial grass surfaces such as synthetic turf, 3G, 4G, 5G and astro turf. Whether you need to line mark football pitches, rugby pitches, tennis courts or American football pitches, the Zebra Lux line marker included in this package deal gets the job done properly.

This line marking machine is designed and made in Britain by experts in the industry and it sprays accurate, crisp and precise lines. It has a solid frame mounted on a set of 4 large wheels, which ensure that the machine operates straight and true even when marking long lines.

The Zebra Lux line marking machine has a high pressure spray system powered by a rechargeable battery. It also has two paint probes which insert into the tub of line marking paint and connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains at the ideal consistency for line marking.

The high pressure paint spray uses specially designed nozzles that come included with the machine. The spray and nozzles ensure consistent paint application over the surface, for bright and highly visible lines. The paint spray is controlled by a simple push button control and, as this unit features a solenoid, the spray cuts off completely when you release the spray button, leaving no drips. The round discs around the spray nozzle ensure crisp and sharp edges to the lines. The discs can be adjusted quickly in order to set your required line width and they can be raised at the end of a line using a handle on the machine, which makes repositioning the machine easier.

An optional spray lance attachment is available, which allows for free-hand marking and spraying of features such as penalty spots, stencils, patterns, logos, numbers and letters. A running track line marking boom is also available to add to your order. It features 3 spray nozzles and allows for 3 lines to be sprayed alongside each other simultaneously. It is perfect for line marking running tracks conveniently and accurately.

This package deal includes 40 litres of Zebra Artificial Grass Line Marking Paint. This high quality paint is made in Britain and it is specially formulated to produce bright, colourful, high quality lines on artificial grass surfaces such as synthetic turf, astro turf, 3G, 4G and 5G.

This paint provides excellent flow properties for easy application with the Zebra Lux line marking machine, and it offers better adhesion to the leaf and stronger water repellency than many competitors. This synthetic turf line marking paint is available in a range of colours - white yellow, red blue, green, orange and black. Whether you need to mark out football pitches, rugby pitches, hockey pitches or American football pitches, Zebra Artificial Grass Paint provides all of the colour options needed.

With Zebra Artificial Grass Line Marking Paint, there is no need for diluting, mixing or pouring - it arrives ready to use! This reduces waste and mess, and makes the job much easier. Simply shake the paint container, place it on the Zebra Lux line marker, insert the pump probes into the paint container, prime the pump using the prime switch and you are ready to go! All you need to do is press the spray button and walk at a steady pace to complete your line marking job.

Please note: You can select your paint colour option using the drop down box above and checkout online. If you wish to customise your bundle with a mix of paint colours (eg. 10L white, 10L yellow, 10L blue, 10L red) - simply give our sales team a call and we will be able to customise your order to your requirements.

For best results, shake the paint container before use. At the end of each line marking job, clean the Zebra Lux pump system and nozzles with water and Zebra Flush Thru cleaning solution to prevent blockages and ensure years of reliable service. A small 1 litre bottle of Flush Thru comes included with the machine. Extra 10L bottles of Flush Thru can be purchased separately. You can also add the Zebra Lux hard surface line marking conversion kit to your order. This conversion kit includes a side arm attachment and square discs, which make the machine suitable for line marking on hard surfaces such as concrete and tarmac. The side arm allows you to get right up to walls and curbs when marking car parks and industrial floors. (Zebra Hard Surface Paint will also be required).
