Thermoplastic dye sachets allows you to produce a specified colour by adding it to your grade thermoplastic. The ability to dye base grade thermoplastics means you can apply bright, crisp, durable lines on highways and car parks.
Using dye scahets allows you to save stock space and money, and you can carry smaller amounts of more colours that you use less often. You can also avoid using separate boilers as each bag will colour 1x20kg bag of thermoplastic.
Add one sachet of dye per 20kg of base grade thermoplastic and mix thoroughly.
IMPORTANT - the materials should be heated to a maximum of 220°C or discolouration will occur.
