The Zebra Lux Grass Line Marking machine is designed and built in Britain. It is manufactured to the highest standards to ensure many years of reliable performance and the highest quality line marking results. It is a solid, robust and durable piece of line marking equipment with a range of features designed to ensure professional results.
The frame is very sturdy and the whole unit is mounted on 4 large wheels, which ensure that the machine stays straight and steady when line marking over large distances. This pitch line marking machine features a high pressure pump, powered by a rechargeable battery. This high quality pump, along with the nozzles which come included with the machine, ensure consistent application of paint for crisp, clear and bright lines. The spray is easily controlled by a simple push button and, due to the solenoid integrated into this machine, the spray stops dead as soon as the button is released, leaving no drips.
The machine has two paint probes that insert into the paint container and connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains at an ideal consistency for spraying.
The width of the line can be changed quickly and easily using the adjustable round discs which surround the spray nozzle. These discs ensure crisp and accurate edges to the lines. The discs can also be raised using a handle on the control bar, in order to reposition the machine easily at the end of a line. A prime switch on the rear of the machine allows you to prime the pump quickly at the start of the job and clean out the system easily at the end of the job.
An optional spray lance attachment is available, which allows for free-hand marking and spraying of penalty spots, numbers, letters, logos and more. You can also add a running track line marking boom to your order, which features 3 spray nozzles and allows for 3 lines to be sprayed alongside each other simultaneously - perfect for line marking running tracks.
The Zebra Lux Grass Line Marking machine is designed for use with Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint or Zebra Artificial Grass Line Marking Paint. The artificial grass paint is specially formulated for use on synthetic turf surfaces such as plastic pitches, astro turf, 3G, 4G and 5G pitches.
This line marking spray machine uses much less paint than traditional transfer wheel pitch marking machines and the paint goes much further than an aerosol based system. The line marking spray can be fitted with a choice of different nozzles that come supplied with the machine. Each nozzle is suited to a different application, as each nozzle applies a different amount of paint per minute. So whether you are line marking a pitch from scratch and need bright, highly visible fresh lines, or whether you just want to give existing lines a quick refresh and therefore do not need to use as much paint, this system provides the perfect solution.

This professional line marking machine sprays Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint or Zebra Artificial Grass Line Marking Paint straight out of its container - there is no need for diluting, mixing or pouring. Simply shake the paint container, place it on the machine, place the pump probes in the paint container, prime the pump using the switch at the back of the machine and you are ready to line mark!
Please note: For best results, shake the container of paint before use. At the end of each line marking job, clean the Zebra Lux pump system and nozzles with water and Zebra Flush Thru cleaning solution to prevent blockages and ensure years of reliable service. A small 1 litre sample of Flush Thru comes included with the machine. Extra 10L bottles of Flush Thru can be purchased separately. You can also add the Zebra Lux hard surface line marking conversion kit to your order. This conversion kit comprises of a side arm attachment and square discs, which make the machine suitable for line marking on hard surfaces such as concrete and tarmac. The side arm allows you to get right up to walls and curbs when marking car parks and industrial floors. (Zebra Hard Surface Paint will also be required).

Bought one of these for the sports field, what a brilliant machine, I think we will be using this for a long time!
Thought this was a little pricey at first but what a fantastic machine, easy to use, worth every penny for our footie pitch!
